- Personalised and Commissioned Art Piece:
Due to the custom nature of personalized and commissioned art pieces, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. This includes artwork that is created based on customer-provided specifications, such as names, dates, custom designs, or commissioned works.
